FAQ
How many images are included in my package?
Total image count varies based on your session selection. This information is detailed for each session individually.
I'll only share the best of the best in your gallery (photo's that don't make the cut, e.i. blinking, bad lighting, unflattering poses, etc are deleted)
Are you willing to travel with us to our destination?
100% YES! Absolutely!
Whether it's local here in Alaska or in another state, I'm here for it! Let's chat about your dreams and make them a reality!
Are there travel fees?
My portrait packages include a travel radius of 30 miles from my location here in Wasilla, AK. *Mini sessions excluded*
If your location is outside of the 30 miles radius or if your location requires an overnight stay or flights - I will include these additional expenses in your quote when we are going over your budget.
There will also be a calculated per-diem depending on your location to cover meals and other travel expenses.

Do you allow outfit changes?
Yessss!!!! With an hour session, we have plenty of time for an outfit change or two. I love getting different looks in a single session.
What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
Our world is wild these days with Covid-19 and other illnesses.
Trust me when I say, I fully understand that things can change in a moments time, especially when it comes to children. We can't predict when a little one will come down with a fever, etc.
That being said, I highly encourage you reschedule your session over a cancellation as your session fee is NON REFUNDABLE. That said, being a mother myself I'm very flexible and understanding! I'll even extend your session credit out 1 full calendar year if needed!
Please just communicate with me so we can figure out a solution if something should arise.
**If I should ever have to rebook your session due to a family illness or emergency and/or weather (various reasoning) I will offer a session rebook within 1 calendar year and hold your session fee as credit to your account which can be used for any session type.
How should we dress for our family session?
This is 100% up to you! However, I am totally down to offer tips and advice, share articles, help search Pinterest for ideas, etc.
If desired, I can do a styled shoot where I choose everyone's outfits for you to purchase and wear. If this interests you, please indicate this on your contact request so we can chat more about this option!
How soon do we get our images?
Portrait galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks of your session.
Delivering your images to you in a timely manner is my top priority. I want to ensure that I am dedicating the proper amount of care & time on your images to deliver you perfection!
Peak season (May - December) galleries might take 8-12 weeks for delivery! Your booking email will give you the best indication in regards to the timeline for photo delivery.
Do you offer prints?
Unfortunately at this time I am not set up to deliver prints of your digital images.
You CAN however print your images directly from your online gallery via my website.
That being said, I encourage you to invest in printing your images with a quality lab.
I can not guarantee the quality of images printed at consumer labs such as Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Costco, etc. due to misrepresentation of work in color and quality.
Can we get our RAW/UNEDITED files?
No. I only deliver finished work.
The photos that I produce to you will be fully edited as they are a reflection of my work, of my art and of my business.
Your images will be edited in a style consistent with images found in my portfolio.
Do I get copyrights to the photos?
There are two types of releases:
Print Releases & Copyright Releases.
Any photos that I take (professional or personal) are under my copyright, however, you have a full print release, meaning you're 100% able to print and share your images however you should choose to do so.

Schedule a quick consultation!
This is just a quick consultation to further discuss any questions that you might have prior to your session. This can be done via FaceTime or a quick phone call! If this is for a wedding booking I will want to meet in person if possible!
I want to hear about YOUR vision. I want to be sure I know what is most important to you when it comes to your session.
03.
Book your session!
Booking is done easily once all details are lined out.
You'll review your booking email and pay your non refundable 50% retainer for your session.
NOTE: Occasionally I will run a mini special - those are session specific with payment due in full at time of booking.
Wedding/Elopement
25% retainer due to reserve date with remaining 75% due 1 month prior to wedding date!
